Protecting your hair in the shower is essential for maintaining its health and strength. Here are a few key tips to prevent damage and keep your locks looking their best:

Use lukewarm water - Hot water can strip your hair of its natural oils, leaving it dry, brittle, and prone to damage. Opt for lukewarm or cool water to help retain moisture and shine.

Moderate your shampoo and conditioner use - Using too much product can weigh your hair down, making it look greasy and lifeless. A small, appropriate amount is enough to cleanse and nourish without buildup.

Be gentle when drying - Rubbing your hair aggressively with a towel can cause breakage and frizz. Instead, gently pat or squeeze out excess water with a microfiber towel or a soft cotton T-shirt to reduce damage.

Avoid brushing wet hair - Wet hair is more fragile and prone to breakage. Instead of using a regular brush, opt for a wide-toothed comb to gently detangle your hair, starting from the ends and working your way up.
