1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

 

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at savannahonamazon@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage for faster resolution.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
